Season 6 prequel

Will there be a prequel for Season 6?

Unfortunatly there are no plans for a prequel to season 6 of 24. What this will mean for the opening episode of Season 6 it is unclear. As it could mean there will be less of a gap in terms of time between Seasons 5 & 6. Check this link for more information on the lack of a prequel.
