Who will be in Season 6?
Several people have been confirmed or at least semi confirmed for Season 6. Kiefer Sutherland is quite obviously back, as is Mary Lynn Rasjkub. No actual sources for these, but it is widely known that these two are will be.
I heard Kim Raver is filming a new series will this conflict with 24?
Raver has actually said that this new series will not affect her being in 24.
Will Gregory Itzin return?
Someone who went to the 24 Expo in London said that both Itzin & Raver will return in Season 6. Unfortunatly I have no real way of proving this, this does come from my source. However I'm sure more definete information will confirm or deny this at a later date.
Will Morris O'Brien be back?
It would seem a little bit of a waste of a character just to feature him for two episodes. This post from the Television with pity forums suggests that Carlo Rota will be a regular next season. http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/index.php?showtopic=655371&st=2910&p=5395862&#entry5395862 While that is just a post on another forum, my source tells me that an administrator at 24Insider claims SecretServiceMan is not talking rubbish.
Will Elisha Cuthbert return in Season 6?
Currently this is unknown. However the 24 executives did suggest that Kim's return in Season 5 was intended as a farewell to the character. However one thing though is something C Thomas Howell said on the Jimmy Kimmel show, what he would be returning in Season 6 of 24. Which seems strange that Barry would be back all on his own, if it is true. I've been trying to find the exact article about this but can't find a thing, this article on tvtome.com does kind of suggest Cuthbert was only going to back for a few episodes though.

Who else may return?
Well it is highly possible that most of the rest of the cast from Season 5 may be back as well so we could see the return of Glenn Morshower (Aaron Pierce), William Devane (Secretary of Defense James Heller), Jean Smart (Martha Logan), James Morrison (Bill Buchanan), Roger Cross (Curtis Manning), DB Woodside (Wayne Palmer), Jude Ciccolella (Mike Novick) & Stephen Spinella (Miles Papazian).

Yeah, Morris will definitely be back in Season 6. Mary Lynn Rajskub appeared on Regis & Kelly before the Season 5 finale, and she said that a new character from her past will be introduced and confirmed that he will indeed be back for next season. I think you can see the video on youtube.com.
